App needs to be optimized overall. I have blazing fast internet speeds on both ends internet where my cameras are on site and on my device that I use to view them off site both down stream and up stream are consistent, fast networks yet there are times when there is some delay or lag when viewing my cameras off site.
Also the application crashes every so often which is not ideal. Both have the same issues of occasional lag and application crash. After purchasing an expensive HD security camera system, this Superlive Pro app was downloaded on our iPhones and iPads to access our security system. To say we are unhappy is an understatement because we made it clear that we needed to access our system from both iPhones and iPads.
This app barely works on an iPhone. This app now barely loads, it times out, takes forever to load the cameras, takes more time for HD resolution to load, there is no real time streaming video, no "live" cameras, the screens freeze and change every seconds, there is a lag in the cameras, and even the time is wrong.
This app does NOT work on iPads. They expect you to use the "formatted for iPhone" version on your iPad which means you are viewing a stretched out version with bad distorted resolution. Where is the support for this app?
It's hard to believe that we spent our hard earned money on a quality HD CCTV security camera system only to be told this superlive Pro app was our only way to remotely access our cameras Having to rely on this app makes our CCTV security system useless.

Worth the five dollars! I'm still figuring it out. I tried low stakes- my cat grooming actually, my cat doesn't seem to groom much so maybe they were important and speed, light, focus was fine.
Framing was terrible- that was on me. Next- parents feeding nestlings looked like the light was too low but the "film" was fast enough. I wasn't happy with the color, etc but the focus was good.
