I have the same issue. Was playing for tops 30 minutes, then suddendly game crashes I load the game up again all assets disappeared. Restarted everything, computer and all.

Only some of them are actually appearing, the others are just bank loaded in the 'Steam Workshop' part in options. Sucks really because NONE of my saves are playable as when I load them they are just basically blank and I get a boat load of error messages.

I had the same issue and what happened was that Steam workshop for some reason decided to install my new mods onto a different drive. I as a result had 1 half of my mods in the steam library on my C drive and the other half in a steam library on D drive. Any ideas how to get them back? I went through Steam to the workshop and looked up my subscribed mods, and they are all listed there, but when I open steam, I only see a few, the ones that are in the folder I listed.

Any suggestions? Oddly enough I found a solution. I was worried about other things I had in game, as I had a lot of bio's written I RP this a bit, and mod some too I went in to back up my characters, they were all there and after I backed them up, I exited and all the mods showed up in the launcher.

Not sure WHY that happened, but I'm happy they are back. If that didn't help: 5. Repeat step 1 and 2. Open the folder. Delete the folder with the mod's SteamID. Repeat step 3 and 4. This will not affect your game, saves or workshop items. All you'll be deleting is a temporary file that's stored during the download. Normally this file is moved to the Workshop folder once completed, but because it's corrupt Steam doesn't recognize it and it stays in the Downloads folder.

This is an issue that currently affects all Workshop games. It's not caused by the actual game, it's a bug in the Steam Client. Asking Paradox to fix it won't help, the problem is on Steam's end. If you often use Steam to manage your favorite games, you may encounter various issues such as Steam update queued , Steam failed to load, and the one discussed here.

A great number of users encounter the DEV error when playing the latest Call of Duty modern warfare. This post will help you fix the DEV error If the Steam not downloading Workshop mods issue only occurs on a specific application, it indicates that the Steam mod files get corrupted.

Step 2. Step 3. Type the following path in the search bar and hit Enter to find the mod folder. Step 4. If it is, delete the broken mod. Bear in mind that you delete all broken mods by repeating this step. Step 5.
